CCA Objecives

To create “A Happy, Healthy and Vibrant Learning Organisation”
is ourvision. We choose rope skipping as a Sport for all pupils
in Hong WenSchool. Rope skipping is a simple, interesting and
excellent form of exercise for physical development. In Hong
Wen School, all children aregiven a skipping rope when they are
in Primary 1. We use rope skipping as a mean:

(a) To strengthen the body and mind of the pupils.

(b) To establish a healthy life style through rope skipping, and improve the psychological state such as better confidence, control, creativity, self-satisfaction,cardiovascular fitness, agility, flexibility etc.

(c)To develop the sports, bringing in more talented skippers and to do the
school proud.

(d) To facilitate the development of school sports.
